It's ok to be an infant in somethings!
I Corinthians: 14:20 b. Be infants in evil--but in your thinking be mature. How straightforward and great is this. I think sometimes people think---I wish I had a great testimony--thinking great would be that they were delivered from a deep obvious sin. Well, we are all delivered from sin---but it's better to be infants in evil, eh?!

I agree! I get tired of hearing the "look at all the drugs I did, and Christ saved me!" testimonies. Not that they aren't valid... I have one of those! haha. But I so appreciate hearing about the person who received Jesus as a child and was protected from making foolish choices along the way... the person who loved God and chose not to follow the world. Having children of my own whom I am training to love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, I pray their testimony is the latter!
